Once described as "the swiss-army knife of web development", Rick has over ten years commercial experience in the web industry and has worked for digital media agencies for most of that time, using his technical insight to solve problems and provide consultancy and services to household names.

Since forming Olivewood in may 2007, Rick has been booked solid providing freelance services and consultancy directly to clients and working transparently within agencies and organisations.

Rick is an active participant in the local digital media scene, but when unplugged from the matrix likes to spend time camping with the family and throwing himself around on wheeled vehicles of various descriptions.

Simon has extensive experience in sales, marketing and real-world problem solving in business workflow and management.

A serial Entrepreneur, Simon left his position as European Sales Manager of Static Control in 2004 to set up Everything Imaging Ltd. and more recently founded Kudos business technologies Ltd.

In his spare time, when not being a family man, Simon is a bit of an adrenalin junkie partaking in motorsport, mountain biking and boxing.
